Leave a commentEd Paduani is a 40 year old married father of 3 wonderful children. His wife is both wonderful and incredibly tolerant. He has been eating good food ever since his mother decided that at 8 weeks of age he should start eating real food.
Now, with plenty of free time on his hands, he has begun a journey to bake every bread recipe in James Beard’s classic 1973 cookbook “Beard on Bread” and share his adventure with anyone who is curious about baking.
